To start the trade-in, visit our store. Your device will be sent to our Head Office for checking. Once confirmed, you'll get its value to use toward the device you want.

 

Brand New iPhones

1-Year Warranty: All brand new iPhones purchased from our store or any authorized retailer come with a 1-year warranty from Apple. This warranty covers manufacturer defects and other issues that may arise during normal use.

Swap/Upgrade Options: We accept swaps or upgrades thru credit for brand new iPhones as long as the unit is in good condition and still under the Apple warranty. OR receive cash as we buy iPhones, iPads, MacBooks with Apple warranty too.

 

Pre-Owned Items

30-Day Replacement or Upgrade: If you purchase a pre-owned item from our store, you have the option to have it replaced or upgraded within 30 days. This gives you the flexibility to change your mind if you find a better option.

90 Days Store Service: If you encounter any technical issues with your pre-owned unit within 90 days of purchase, you can bring it to our store for assistance. This service ensures that you receive support for any problems you might face.
